The dual roof pitches give this gambrel timber frame barn home its characteristic shape, and gives you more space on the second level. This plan is designed with a large dormer to bring light into the second level, and a shed roof along the first level to use as a delightful sitting porch (of course, you have the option to enclose it).

Plan Specifications:

  • Main floor 864 sq ft
  • Loft approx. 315 sq ft
  • Porch approx. 435 sq ft
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 2 1/2 Baths
