2. Get approved
We'll reach out to discuss fit, answer your questions, and confirm your partner tier. Most established professionals are approved and can begin on their first project immediately.
3. Access your portal
You'll receive login credentials to the partner portal — brochures, plan images, calculators, and proposal tools, all ready to go from day one.
4. Bring us a project
Run the numbers with your client, select a kit or kick off a custom design, and submit the order. Your partner discount applies automatically. We handle everything from there.

It depends on your partner type. Architects, GCs, and established timber frame companies are typically approved and begin at partner pricing from the first project. New builders or DIY-to-pro entrants may complete one project at standard pricing before unlocking discounts — that process is outlined on your persona-specific page.
Who do I contact when I have a question mid-project?
Every approved partner has a dedicated contact at TFHQ — not a contact form, a real person. We're here from first estimate to final raise.
Can my discount increase over time?
Yes. Volume and track record are both considered. Partners who close multiple projects a year are eligible for enhanced pricing — that conversation happens directly with your account contact.
What if something goes wrong with a kit or delivery?
We stand behind every kit we ship. If there's a problem — wrong piece, damage in transit, missing hardware — we make it right. This is one of the core reasons we review every partner application: we want to work with people who hold the same standard we do.
Is there geographic exclusivity?
