  1. Hello, is it possible to build a shed using timber(whole tree) which is just cut down(without waiting for wood to be dry). Is it mandatory to peel the bark of the tree?

Many timber frames are cut with green timbers. However, when used as inhabited space, none are built with the bark still on. Consider the implications of leaving the bark on: the bark provides habitat for untold numbers of creatures and protects the layer of wood that holds the most moisture in the tree. It would only be a matter of time before your structure was decomposing before your eyes. I would say these same ideas apply to a shed. However, rot and longevity will be the concern then, not the critters in the bark.
