Project Description:

1st floor – 12′ x 16′, 8″ x 10″ sills, 6″ X 6″ x 12′ joists, 8″ x 10″ x 12′ summer, 6″ x 6″ 10′ posts, 4″x 4″ braces, 6″ x 6″ girts and plates, 4″ x 4″ nailers between posts, 1 1/2″ sub floor, 1″ finish floor
2nd floor – 8″ x 10″ x 16′ Summer, 6″ x 6″ x 5’4″ floor joists – 8′ x 12′ loft, 8′ x 12′ open, 1 1/2″ flooring
roof – 6″ x 6″ x 10′ rafters, 4″ x 4″ x 8′ 10″ purlins, 4″ x 4″ x 18′ ridge, steel roof.
Interior, porch, steps, to be completed in 2020
Logging, sawing, jointing, by MM. Raising by MM, with lots of rigging.
Pre-assembled at mill site, then disassembled and hauled to permanent site on North Mtn. overlooking Bay of Fundy for reassembly,
