Project Description:
20×20 timber frame (plan 4848) with timber floor frame on piers. Main structure is 15×20 with a 5×20 porch. The porch floor was dropped 7 inches to better fit the grade of the land. Framing inspection was passed on 31 December 2020. Nice way to end that year.
