I see commercial use of plans is prohibited – what about municipal use? We are planning to build a pavilion on a municipal recreation / event field next to our community pizza oven. Initial site design has a 20×40 pavilion but I believe your standard 24×36 would be perfectly fine – can you provide a price quote? Even if we can’t use your design, that would be helpful.
You are ok if you purchase the plans and use them once. The commerical use clause is there to stop people from making money without plans. That is not your intention. Thanks for asking.
