Joinery Details:

• King post trusses with elegant curved braces and struts
• Bottom chords and principal rafters rest directly on posts
• Scarf joints on the eave plates allow use of shorter timbers while showcasing craftsmanship
• Structural screws and fasteners for added strength (available through Timber Frame HQ)

Efficient Roof Assembly:

• Rafter-based roof system
• Trusses can be pre-assembled on the ground and lifted into place
• Once the posts and eave plates are set, the ridge, rafters, and braces finish the frame quickly and securely
