We had an excellent first meeting and we were able to save substantial money with minor changes in design and material. This is going to cost much less than I originally thought and can't wait to start.

Due to extensive permitting delays, the frame material had to be stored but covered in a California climate for about 6 weeks before raising. This resulted in the final collar tie twisting and becoming unusable.  Chris M. was gracious and provided the replacement quickly. Thx TFHQ!

During assembly, I had several questions on a Sunday Morning. I texted with my questions, expecting a reply on Monday. A few minutes later, I received a call. The service was outstanding. Quality was great. It was a wonderful experience and we could not be happier with our Timberframe HQ project.

We had a bit of an issue getting the proper engineering stamp for Florida. I had to get a local engineer to redo and stamp the drawings. A bit of an unexpected challenge. To save on costs I claimed the pergola from the mill and raised it on my own. We do love it though.

It was great to work with Chris! The project was a success! How amazing that Brice was an Apprentice! 

From start to finish there was always someone there to help. All my questions and concerns were answered promptly and my unit was delivered on time. My experience was everything I expected and the end result was even better than I thought. Stop thinking about it and just go for it.

Timbers were delivered in perfect condition and are of the highest quality with all of the mortise and tenon cut with the precision of a skilled craftsman. If I ever have the need for another timber-frame I won't hesitate to use Timber Frame HQ.

I worked with Chris Miller, he was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations for detailing and overall design. We are erecting the pavilion in the next few weeks, I'll send you guys some pics once complete.

Little longer timeline than hoped, but overall very happy with the result. The drawings were very helpful and clear, with no issues with the timbers we cut from the design
