Hello , on the 10 x 10 timber frame King post truss plans will it have full scale drawings of the knee brace with the tenon?
Thanks Daniel
Daniel the plans have scaled piece drawings of all timbers including the knee braces.
Can this be made to 14’ wide and 12’ Long
Can this be made to 14’ wide and 12’ Deep
Will you provide me with the timbers necessary (dimension, length, and quantity) to build this project?
James, we just provide the plans but we can help you find the timbers, where do you live?
Are the timbers true 6 x 6 or 5 & 3/4?
5.5×5.5 everything is a 1/2″ under just like a 2×4.
Hi, can i get a parts list on this for a cost estimate if you can.
Could you make this really small? I’m looking for something like this for a garden arbor- 4’ x 4’?
Would that be something you could easy adjust for- this will be my first solo timber frame. I took a week long workshop and am eager to do my own!
I would like to make this in 10×12. Can I still use 6×6 timber?
Yes, should not be a problem.
Can the height of the structure be increased without increasing timber sizes? If so by how much?
The easiest way is to increase the length of the post. While this will increase the length of the timbers it will be minimal.
What is the overall height of this pavilion?
It stands 14′-7″ to the roof peak.
Are there plans available in this design as a 12′ x 12′ structure?
We offer this 12×12 Timber Frame which is a simpler design. We can expand this plan to a 12×12 through our custom design services.
