Elegant and understated, the Laurel Creek hybrid features timber framing in the home’s communal areas and energy-efficient ICF construction in bedrooms and secondary areas. Guests will immediately feel comfortable as they step through the front door into the welcoming, open design of the main floor. The great room, dining area, and kitchen (with breakfast nook) flow so everyone can chat and enjoy one another’s the company even as meals are being prepared. The design is open, yet the spaces are distinctive to their purpose while being complementary. A half-bath, large laundry room, and two walk-in pantries are situated between the kitchen and garage.
The master suite is also on the main level, occupying one quiet end of the floor, and has a spacious walk-in closet and master bath designed for easy use by two people. An office, second bedroom, and second full bath round out the amenities of the main level for a total of 2,702 square feet.
On the second floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom – a great place for kids or guests. The Laurel Creek cabin boasts nearly 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space, between its covered and open decks. And finally (or perhaps first), the 621 square foot garage greets the visitor with pleasing architectural and design details before they’ve even reached the front door.
