Project Description:
We are doing a remodel/addition for our clients. They had us cut 32 wide out the center of their house and went 60’ the opposite way, with a hammer beam frame. Bays varying due to the location of support post in the finished basement below. 8×12 posts, 8×10 rafters, 8×8 hammer beams and posts with 4×6 knee braces . With a loft above their kitchen. Project is still in progress
