Timber Frame Sales and Project Manager

We’re looking for a full-time, experienced, motivated, and passionate Timber Frame Sales and Project manager to join our team.  We are currently seeking an individual who is willing to work remotely to join our small, specialized team. This position requires a dynamic person with a passion for and experience with both traditional and contemporary timber frame architecture and structures.

You Will

  • Work on and manage the custom design and/or kits projects through our online platform.  Walking each new lead through our sales and project management process.
  • Be the primary point person through the project for the client, helping them through the process and any hurdles that come up.
  • Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Be responsible for purchasing and coordinating projects with our vendors, suppliers, and contractors, facilitating and streamlining the process for all involved.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our Estimating and Proposal documents.
  • Be responsible for accurate record-keeping and data entry.
  • Develop and foster relationships with contractors and builders.
  • Be responsible for any sales goals.

  • Someone who loves doing things efficiently and is organized in how you approach your tasks.
  • Someone who loves working with customers (and teammates) to help understand their needs and generate a positive outcome.
  • A self-starter and learner.
  • Someone who has the ability to analyze and interpret data.

Requirements

  • You’re a customer-centric person.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in this type of role.
  • You’ve worked with other teams on the entire lifecycle of plan development and timber frame development. Including a collaboration with Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Builders.
  • Desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work environment, following Timber Frame HQ’s company values, culture, and ways of working.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A remote position with a flexible schedule that meets your needs.
  • $1,200 Annual professional development budget.
  • 20 days of paid vacation per year, plus Christmas and Thanksgiving

  • This is a salary position plus commissions.
  • Salaries are based on market research and are equitable to other roles within Timber Frame HQ and the industry.
  • The actual compensation offered to our new team members is based on relative experience.
