Project Description:
Complete restoration and relocation of a early to mid 1800’s granary. Frame was kept original (even all granary bins were reinstalled) only post bottoms, sill beams, and rafters had to be repaired. Frame was relocated and set on concrete pier foundation. All new hemlock siding and roof deck was installed, along with a new standing seam metal roof.
