The single‑slope 3:12 roof keeps layout simple, yet the frame still showcases eye‑catching craftsmanship: spline and scarf joints complement traditional pegged mortise‑and‑tenon connections. Two‑foot overhangs shield doors and siding, while heavy 8× and 6× timbers guarantee decades of service—whether you’re storing vehicles, wrenching on motorcycles, or relaxing in a sleek “not‑so‑tiny” home.

Hi,
May I ask if these plans are in metric?
In case «they are available in metrics too» please make sure it is not a simple conversion.
A few years ago I purchased a GoKart plan that was a conversion from inches to cm and all dimensions had tiny decimals that were impossible to hold. Bitterly, the plan (and my money) ended in the bin.
Regards.
Our plans are in Imperial measurements. Thank you for asking.
Does this plan include drawings for 4/12 and 5/12 pitch roofs like some of your other mono-pitch design plans?
No, it is only designed with a 3:12 pitch
Could I get this plan, but to match a similar plan I found online that is stick built, also about 10 feet wider?

I’m looking at this design for a seasonal cottage, maybe a full-time residence…could you tell me what size timbers are required for this build? I have a lead on some freshly cut white pine and the sizes vary in this selection. Cheers!
