Are you looking for a medium-sized multipurpose outbuilding? This 18×22 Connext outbuilding with porch might be just the plan for you! This frame utilizes 4x and 6x material so it’s pretty easy to move the timbers around your workshop. And since the connections are made with T-Rex connectors instead of traditional mortise and tenon joinery, the cutting job is simplified.
This ground level has overhead doors for easy access to vehicles or equipment, while the upper level loft space would make a great office or garage apartment. And the generous lean-to porch gives you room for additional storage, or simply a space to hang out.
- Ground level = 396 square feet
- Upper level = 371 square feet
- 8’ ceiling height ground level
- 9’ floor to ridge upper level
- 8’ x 22’ covered porch
- Two overhead doors and walk door ground level
- Designed for Eastern White Pine
