14×20 Heavy Timber T-Rex Outbuilding

SKU: 8216 Categories: , , , ,

The proportions of this 14×20 Heavy Timber T-Rex outbuilding will make it adapt to many uses!  You can use it for a single-car garage, tool shed, or a garden or craft workshop. With concrete block foundation, you can move it to a new location if your needs change.  The pleasing 10/12 pitch roof creates the possibility of a small loft.

Instead of using custom metal plates, angle brackets or traditional mortise and tenon joinery, T-REX connectors simplify the construction of this post and beam, making framing easier and less-expensive for contractors and skilled do-it-yourselfers.  The connectors are made from 6061 structural grade aluminum and anodized for extra protection.  You will be amazed how quickly you can cut and assemble a frame with the unique T-REX connector.

The 27-page plan includes elevations, FULL material list, construction drawings, fastening details and most importantly it contains single beam drawings.  The plan includes a block foundation, floor framing, and window/door/siding nailers. The drawings are formatted in PDF for instant download which you can print on 11” x 17” sheet size for easy viewing.
