My experience includes a semester class at University of New Mexico (we built a sort of portable wall with door) and making the sawhorses from the free plans at Timber Frame HQ. Timber frame is not traditional here, but I believe it can be compatible with tradition in New Mexico, particularly if I learn to use wattle-and-daub walls and lime plaster over everything. (Could even use mud plaster, I guess.) I might build a timber-frame workshop. January 12, 2019 at 10:28 am #18060 Brice CochranKeymaster Welcome, Greg! Would love to see a photo of your sawhorses.
