24×30 T-REX Connector Post and Beam Barn Plan

$75.00

Description

T-REX Connectors greatly simplify the construction of this 24×30 T-REX Post and Beam Barn. It is a post and beam that is constructed without using custom metal plates, angle brackets or traditional mortise and tenon, making framing easier and less-expensive for contractors and skilled do-it-yourselfers.  The connectors are made from 6061 structural grade aluminum and anodized for extra protection.  You will be amazed how quickly you can cut and assemble a frame with the unique T-REX connector.

This 24x 30 T-REX frame will make a great 2 car garage, workshop, guest house or cabin!  The frame is beefy with the large 8×8 post, 8×12 plate beams, 8×12 tie beams and 4×8 rafters at an attractive 9/12 roof pitch.  The straightforward design will be fast to cut and quick to raise.

The 21-page plan includes sample elevations, frame elevations, timber list, fastener list, construction drawings, fastening details and most importantly single beam drawings.  The drawings are formatted in PDF for instant download which should be printed on 11” x 17” sheet size for easy viewing.
