This 14x20 T-Rex Post and Beam Workshop can be built for just about any use! Small garage, shed, pool house, cabin or as the name applies a workshop! It is designed to be a non-permanent structure with solid concrete blocks as the foundation. It has a very usable loft with its attractive 10/12 pitch roof.
T-REX Connectors greatly simplify the construction of this post and beam without using custom metal plates, angle brackets or traditional mortise and tenon joinery, making framing easier and less-expensive for contractors and skilled do-it-yourselfers. The connectors are made from 6061 structural grade aluminum and anodized for extra protection. You will be amazed how quickly you can cut and assemble a frame with the unique T-REX connector.
The 27-page plan includes elevations, FULL material list, construction drawings, fastening details and most importantly single beam drawings. The plan includes a block foundation, floor framing, and window/door/siding nailers. The drawings are formatted in PDF for instant download which should be printed on 11” x 17” sheet size for easy viewing.
